The function generator range includes analogue and digital models up to 40MHz and includes sweep generators and combined function/pulse generators. More recently, an range of arbitrary waveform generators has been launched.  These universal waveform generators include DDS function generation and pulse generation capabilities in addition to arbitrary. Single and multiple channel models are available, the TGA12104 is a four channel ARB with 100MS/s clock and 1M words of waveform memory. The TGP110 is a low-cost 10MHz pulse generator with full pulse delay facilities. The TGR2050 is a 2GHz synthesized RF generator offering very wide dynamic range and high stability.
