Create and edit Microsoft industry standard documents
The Palm T|X
can open, create and edit native Microsoft Word and Excel
files.
Files can be transferred to and from your PC (or
Mac).
Font sizes, styles and colours can be changed as
required and the screen can be flipped between portrait and landscape
format to suit the data being viewed.
The Excel and Word documents
illustrated are real pixel-for-pixel screen grabs from the Palm T|X.
They are in "full screen" mode
with the editing toolbars turned off in order to maximise the document
area.
For simpler text requirements, the
Memo function can be used.
Or, if you
want to create a sketch, the Notes function allows you to draw
directly on the screen and save.
Even PowerPoint documents
can be viewed and edited, although the editing options are limited to
text.
